Meet the Neighborhood Realty Team: Margaret Neely

It’s our 2 Year Anniversary and we’re sharing who WE are! Next up, Margaret Neely, Realtor.

Margaret Neely, Realtor, has worked in the Oxford community for over 20 years. Most of her career has been spent working in the field of property management and real estate sales. Starting as a college student, then a young professional, and now a wife and mother, Margaret has experienced Oxford living in all stages of life.

Margaret believes that the purchase or sale of a home is one of the most important decisions an individual or family makes. A real estate transaction can be stressful, fun, sad, and exciting all at the same time. She shares, “The purchase or sale of a home is the single largest transaction in most people’s lives. This process can be incredibly overwhelming. It is my goal to take as much stress off of my clients as possible and work my hardest to make it a smooth transaction. ”

Margaret has a servant's heart and gives back to the Oxford community any chance she gets. She volunteers within the Oxford School district and has served on the PTO for several of our Oxford schools. In addition to her work as a Realtor, she works at Christ Presbyterian Church part-time and spends many hours volunteering with the church in the women’s ministries, children’s ministries, and member care.

Margaret enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. She loves to play golf, garden, and spend time on the lake with her extended family. Her most favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband, Rob (General Manager at Oxford Utilities), son Robert (14), daughter Miller (11) and Fauci, the dog.
