This month’s Interior Decorator Spotlight is Signature Flooring. Signature Flooring first opened 12 years ago in Olive Branch by 4 best friends: David Waddle, Bubba Stanton, Andy Stanton & Jason “Jake” Gray. They opened the Oxford store 8 years ago and have focused on providing great customer service and a fantastic range of products.
We recently spoke with Jake in Oxford to ask him 3 questions:

Jake: “Signature Flooring is here to assist with all your floor covering and countertop needs. We specialize in all types of construction, whether it be new construction, or even a simple remodel of your existing home. We are extremely happy to assist in any way possible to make your project as seamless as possible, no matter how big or small. We also offer bathroom remodels which include removing existing showers and replacing with a completely renovated shower. All of our workmanship is backed by a one-year warranty to guarantee customer satisfaction.”
Neighborhood Realty: “What is your process when meeting with a new client?”
Jake: “Here at Signature Flooring, we have a fully up-to-date showroom. When you enter our front doors, you can sometimes be overloaded with choices of material. Our team here will meet you with a smile. We are here to walk you through all the options and will explain the benefits of each material. This will give you the education you need to determine the material that best benefits you and your environment. Again, no job is too big, or too small. We are here to assist you from start to finish. Once the selections are determined, we set up a time and date with you or your homeowner on the job site to see the area and condition of each floor. Once measurements are taken, we will send you a written estimate based off the material selected. You will have the opportunity to change anything you desire to better fit your project. Once both parties agree on material and pricing, we can start the project and set up time for installation. Each project is different in its own way, depending on the size and material.”
Neighborhood Realty: “What are the most popular styles of flooring and countertops right now?”
Jake: “One of the most popular styles of flooring is the Luxury Vinyl Plank. It offers you a durable, waterproof floor that can last a lifetime. But let’s not forget the timeless unfinished white oak hardwood. It allows the customer to custom pick a stain color and finish to best fit their home. There are many options of countertops available, but the Quartz has been the most popular as of lately. It offers the look of natural stone with ultimate protection against stain.”
