South Oaks is a family-friendly neighborhood in Oxford that was established in the mid-1990s. Most of the homes in the neighborhood are 3-5 bedrooms.
There is an active HOA in the South Oaks neighborhood. The annual dues cover maintenance of the common grounds and each December the HOA holds a holiday decorating competition that makes it a great neighborhood to ride through during the season.
South Oaks is located off South Lamar right before it exits onto Highway 7 South. It's an easy drive to Kroger, University Avenue shopping, Ole Miss and Bailey Branch Park.
