Its central location offers easy access to the Oxford Square, Walmart, West Jackson Avenue shopping and restaurants, Pat Lamar Park, and popular dining establishments such as Lost Pizza, King's Steakhouse, and Skymart's B's BBQ.

Lakeway Gardens is less than 2 miles from the Ole Miss Campus

It is a quiet neighborhood with large lots and established trees. There seems to be a good mix of empty nesters and new, young families. We love that we are in the middle of town and so close to the Mtrade Park, as well as the Pat Lamar Park.
