Interior Decorator Spotlight: Magnolia Lighting

This month’s Interior Decorator Spotlight is Magnolia Lighting. Magnolia Lighting, owned by Pam Whitfield, has been a family-owned business since 1984. It offers the largest selection of lighting, door hardware and home accessories in the Mid-South, and Oxford is lucky to have one of its four showrooms in the state. Their sister company, Whitfield Electric, services commercial and residential electrical needs throughout North Mississippi.

We recently met with Magnolia Lighting in Oxford to ask 3 questions.

Neighborhood Realty: “What services does Magnolia Lighting offer?”

Jessica at Magnolia Lighting: “Whether you are building a new home or simply remodeling, we are prepared to help you with your lighting needs. We are glad to come to walk - throughs with builders and homeowners - to ensure that all minds are at ease for every project - no matter how big or small. We also offer design services at all of our locations, to aid in the decorative side of your process as well. ”

Neighborhood Realty: “How many locations do you have?”

Jessica at Magnolia Lighting: “We have four locations across Mississippi - Hernando, Oxford, Ridgeland and Tupelo. We take great pride in all of our showrooms and would love to have you visit any location. We are sure you will find our staff most helpful and the selection unsurpassed.”

Neighborhood Realty: “What are the most popular styles right now?”

Jessica at Magnolia Lighting: “For Summer 2022 - we are seeing lots of new, funky pieces! Gold and black finishes are still trending, but modern, eclectic pieces seem to be where the market is at!”
