Kimberly: “We help builders, plumbers, home owners, designers and realtors with their building and remodeling needs, focusing on plumbing and appliances.”

Neighborhood Realty: “What brands do you sell?”

Kimberly: “Our preferred brands are Kohler, Delta, Pfister, Elkay, MTI, Jason Hydrotherapy, Mansfield, Brizo, Moen, Viking, Sub-Zero, Wolf, & Cove. We highly recommend these brands because of our relationship with them and the local plumbers’ familiarity with their products.”

Neighborhood Realty: “What are the most popular styles right now for kitchen & bathrooms?”

Kimberly: “The kitchen trend right now is apron-front sinks (farmhouse sinks). The bathroom trend right now is free-standing tubs. We are seeing lots of gold and black finishes on our hardware and most are mixing and matching different finishes, so the trend is leaning away from “matchy-matchy.”
