The Steeplechase neighborhood was established in the early 2000’s. It’s located between Oxford and Batesville off Hwy 6 West and is known for its sizable lots, beautiful trees and larger homes.
Most of the homes have 3-5 bedrooms, are generally larger in square footage and are located within the Lafayette county school district. There are still many lots available for purchase to build your custom home. The HOA is $700 for the year and helps with the maintenance of both entrances and common areas.
Steeplechase is located off Hwy 6 on the west side of Oxford

The stars are amazing at night with little to no light pollution. But, the best part has been meeting our neighbors who have been so kind and generous with their time and knowledge about the area! This gorgeous neighborhood will continue to grow and develop for many years and we look forward to welcoming others who make Steeplechase their home too!”
