The SouthPointe neighborhood was established in 2006 and offers three- to four-bedroom homes set on beautiful rolling hills in Lafayette County. Most of the homes in the neighborhood are brick and are on smaller lots.
Residents of the SouthPointe neighborhood enjoy sidewalks, walking paths and common spaces with gazebos. The annual HOA dues cover the upkeep of these common areas.
The neighborhood is close to University Avenue, as well as the Bailey Branch Park, which has more walking trails, a playground and a wildflower garden.
