Shelbi’s Place is a quiet, family-friendly, affordable neighborhood located just south of the Oxford city limits off of Highway 7 South. It is a great option for first-time homebuyers and experienced homebuyers alike.
The Shelbi’s Place neighborhood was initially established in 2004, with another phase of new construction recently completed within the last few years.
