The Northpointe neighborhood is a sidewalk-lined neighborhood located just off of Highway 7 North. The neighborhood offers 3-5 bedroom homes in traditional Southern style to contemporary and more. The homes are located on two types of lot sizes: smaller patio-style home lots and larger 1/3 to 1/2 acre lots.
The HOA, which is managed by Keith Collins Management Company, is very active. The dues for the larger lot homes are $360 a year and cover the common ground maintenance, while the dues for the patio homes are $90 a month and cover both common ground and lawn maintenance.
Northpointe's location offers easy access to the Oxford Square, Ole Miss, Kroger and local restaurants. And for those who crave more safety and security, the Lafayette County Fire Department's central station is located just across the street.
