Cumberland Place is a family-friendly neighborhood in Oxford that was established in the early 1990s. It's located on the west side of town just off of Highway 6 West and is known for its sizable lots.
The neighborhood offers many different styles of homes from traditional Southern to French country to ranch. Most of the homes have 3-5 bedrooms and are generally larger in square footage.
Cumberland Place is located off Hwy 6 on the West side of town. It’s a quick, easy drive to Wal-Mart and other Jackson Avenue shopping and restaurants, Ole Miss and the Oxford Square.

“Cumberland Place is such a special place for everyone in our family. We love it so much, we have lived in two different houses in the neighborhood. It’s such an unassuming subdivision from its Highway 6 location, but once you come in, you are met with an abundance of families with well-oversized lots. I fondly refer to the neighborhood as Cumberland Country Club because of the rich offerings each family brings from pools, grilling, pond, fishing, fireworks, and more. The best memories you can make would always begin at Cumberland.”
