Neighborhood Spotlight: Yoby

A New Daily Ritual Arrives at Oxford Commons

Oxford’s newest gathering spot has officially opened its doors, and it’s answering two different daily cravings under one roof. Located in The Pearl at Oxford Commons, Yoby made its debut on September 17, 2026, introducing a fresh, hybrid concept designed to anchor both early-morning school runs and late-night dessert outings.

FroYo Meets Blue Bell Tradition

At the heart of the afternoon and evening buzz is Yoby’s dual-concept dessert bar.

  • Self-Serve Frozen Yogurt: A rotating lineup of flavors with an extensive topping bar for complete customization.

  • Classic Blue Bell Ice Cream: Hand-scooped Southern staples that deliver on familiar, timeless comfort.

Or get creative with a float, cookie and a scoop, an Affogato (ice cream and espresso), or a local favorite The Rebel - a scoop of ice cream with red, white, and blue sprinkles.

Fueling the Morning Rush

Opening at 7:00 AM Monday through Saturday and 11:00 AM on Sundays, the shop features a full-service espresso and premium coffee bar aimed squarely at commuters and early risers. The morning counter includes:

  • Handcrafted lattes, classic espresso pours, and drip coffee.

  • Freshly baked pastries and breakfast bites.

  • A dedicated "grab-and-go" cooler stocked for quick, seamless mornings on the move.

Whether you're grabbing a morning roast on your way into town or bringing the family by for a post-dinner treat, Yoby is built to be a daily stop from sunrise to sundown.

  • Location: The Pearl at Oxford Commons (near Aplos)

  • Hours:

    • Monday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Coffee bar opens early)

    • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
