This family-owned shop was started by the Wilson family, Kevin, Betsy, their son Scott, and  family friend Bart, who wanted to bring a healthier, self-serve dessert option to Oxford. With a  location right in the heart of the Square and a bright, welcoming vibe, YaYa’s quickly became a  go-to for locals, students, and visitors alike. 

How It Works 

YaYa’s is all about customization. You start by grabbing a cup, choosing from six to eight  rotating frozen yogurt flavors, and serving yourself. Once you’ve got your base, head over to the  toppings bar and build your perfect treat. Since it’s priced by the ounce, you’re only paying for  what you want, whether that’s a little or a lot. 

Some of the most popular flavors include Cake Batter, Sea Salt Caramel Pretzel, Key Lime,  Cotton Candy, and a dairy-free Pink Lemonade. If you’re feeling adventurous, ask the staff about  their “behind-the-counter” flavors. They sometimes have fun off-menu options like Valencia  Orange or Strawberry Banana. 

The Toppings Bar 

This is where things get really fun. With over 25 toppings available, there’s something for  everyone. From fresh strawberries and granola to cookie crumbles, sour candy, hot fudge, and  whipped cream you can get creative and build your cup exactly how you like it.

If you find a flavor you love, you don’t have to say goodbye when you leave. YaYa’s offers quart size containers to-go, making it easy to bring your favorite froyo home. It’s perfect for birthday  parties, movie nights, or just stocking the freezer for later.
