Neighborhood Realty is excited to welcome Totsford to Oxford!

Owner, Sara Breithaupt, has always believed in the power of play. Her vision for Totsford began while completing her play therapy degree. She recognized that Oxford and the surrounding communities lacked a place where children could engage in meaningful play year-round. Inspired to fill that gap, she set out to create Totsford — a kid-sized version of Oxford — a space where kids could grow, explore, and thrive. For more than 13 years, she served as a school counselor in the Oxford School District, where she witnessed how safe and creative environments can positively shape a child’s social, emotional, and academic growth.

Totsford’s mission is simple: Better play, better day! They aim to provide a safe, engaging, and development-focused play space where children can learn, grow, and thrive through the power of play. 

As the only indoor play space within a 60-mile radius, Totsford aspires to be a regional hub where families from multiple communities can gather, connect, and grow together.

They also host birthday parties, events, and sell toys and other goodies! At Totsford, they really believe in Better Play, Better Day!
